How it all started
Saif Headwear (BD) Ltd was founded in 2018 in Bangladesh with a focused mission to support the growing headwear industry by producing high-quality visor peaks for caps. Starting as a small, specialized manufacturing company, Saif Headwear concentrated on mastering the technical aspects of visor production—such as shape accuracy, material strength, and consistent finish—that are critical to finished cap quality.
In its early years, the company built strong relationships with local cap producers and accessory suppliers by delivering reliable and customizable visor components. This approach helped it quickly gain traction within the regional manufacturing ecosystem.
As demand increased, Saif Headwear invested in improved tooling, quality control systems, and production capacity.
